Policies & FAQS
Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure every Dar Aasal hijab reaches you new, unworn, and handled with care, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of hijabs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Every order is carefully inspected before it makes its way to you. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll be happy to review the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for my hijab?
To preserve the softness and quality of your Dar Aasal hijab, hand wash in cold water only. Lay flat or hang to air dry, and gently steam as needed to release any wrinkles or creases. Do not machine-wash, machine-dry, or iron.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only, but we hope to expand internationally in the future. Join our email list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders promptly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
When will my preorder ship?
Preorders are expected to ship within 3-5 weeks. We'll email you tracking information once your order ships.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach us through our Contact Us page, located under Customer Care in the menu. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
